If the item you are purchasing is not a custom or personalized item, you have 10 days after you receive your purchase to return the item or submit a claim if there is an issue with your order. Custom and Personalized Items are not returnable. Custom orders include any item that 1) requires personalization and/or 2) requires a color or pattern choice (examples: shoe color, ribbon color, etc).
All orders must be returned in full in their original packaging; partial orders are not accepted. There may be a re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are not reimbursed and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of your returned order, your credit card will be credited with the order amount, less shipping.
In the rare instance of a defect with an item(s)in your order you must let us know within 10 days of receipt. Diva Entertains will make every attempt to replace it in time for your event. If we are unable to do so we will credit your account for the defective items of your order.
Please note that Diva Entertains has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of receipt
Samples are sold at less than our cost and are limited to one sample per order per customer. Samples pricing is not available if purchasing more of the same item on the same order.
