Not only were the cupcake wrappers exactly what I wanted but working with Diva Entertains was an example of what customer service should be like! After some of the customer service nightmare I experience throughout the planning of my wedding it was refreshing to deal with a company who is truly there to help the customer. Not only did they rush the processing of my order to make sure it came in on the date I needed but they kept me informed on the status of my order and tracked the shipping to let me know the day it was out for delivery. Thank you to Debra!! It was truly a pleasure. |
