I recently ordered 60 cookies for my father-in-law's 80th birthday party. From the start when I placed the order to the delivery of the cookies, the customer service provided by Debra has been exceptional. Debra was very proactive by emailing me to ask me questions on the personalization I requested, she provided quick responses, sent me a personal thank you card, and followed up with me to check on my satisfaction on my order after I received it. She handled my multiple change requests (i.e. different ship to and addition to order) extremely well. As a Director who has managed a customer service team, Diva Entertains sets a great example of delivering exceptional customer service. Now let me comment on the cookie itself. The design and writing was beautiful. The taste of the cookie was very good but the cookie was dry (or maybe this is the way it should be). My only recommendation would be to control the color of the frosting. The tennis cookie handle had a black background and white writing but the write writing turned pink which may be a color dye issue. |
