At Diva Favor our only goal is to help make your event a smashing success! And that means that you are a truly satisfied customer. Please refer to our return policy below to help us ensure your satisfaction.
If the item you are purchasing is not a custom or personalized item, you have 14 days after you receive your purchase to return the item. All orders must be returned in full in their original packaging; partial orders are not accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the order, you credit card will be credited with the order amount, less shipping.
Custom or Personalized Orders are not returnable
In the rare instance of a defect with an item(s)in your order: Diva Entertains will make every attempt to replace it in time for your event. If we are unable to do so we will credit your account for the full amount of your order (including shipping).
